Dear Spring Mountain Ranch HOA members,

The health and safety of our community is our number one priority. As we implement steps to mitigate the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to keep you informed on the status of operations at Spring Mountain Ranch.

To do our part to help slow the spread and limit any community-wide exposure, the Spring Mountain Ranch HOA Board of Directors and Vacasa are implementing the following protective measures:

• The Ranch House and all amenities will be closed until further notice to all members and guests starting today
• Mailbox access will remain available
• The hot tub, sauna, and exercise room will not be accessible
• Scheduled Ranch House community events and meetings will be postponed or canceled

The Vacasa McCall office is closed and employees are working remotely to minimize the spread of COVID-19. If you need assistance on SMR HOA matters or have questions, please contact me at 208-949-8745.

Vacasa has established a dedicated task force that is monitoring the situation closely and following guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), Center for Disease Control (CDC), and travel advisories. As the situation evolves, we will continue to share important information related to your community association.

Since it’s inception in 2009, Vacasa has employed the best practices in digital communications. We are prepared to support our community associations on the ground and remotely as we move through the COVID-19 situation together.
